- possibility of IRMA / abnormal vessels upper right quadrant - unsure
- Lots of CWS and clear IRMA
- IRMA inferior nasal
- MBH
- Presence of MBHs + a Suspicious Patch of IRMA Visible in colour in the Periphery

Comments from those who said R2:
- IRMA
- Initially it looks like R1, but when you look at image 2 and 3 togeher (same retina) the grade is R2
- Including IRMA visible in colour
- Irma
- IRMA present
- R2 Only because of MBHs with NO convincing IRMA
Comments from those who said NOT R2:
- cannot see any obvious signs of anything that isnt R1
- Not enough evidence to rule out a silent VO
- No distinguishable R2 features - good candidate for an early review

Comments from those who said R2:
- IRMA
- multiple deep blot haems
- MBH
- MBH
- Presence of MBHs + Suspicious Patch of IRMA Visible in colour
- Aware that this is the same eye as image 2, however there are more HMa visible in the nasal part of the view
Comments from those who said NOT R2:
- Possibly is R2 - cant decide if odd markings around vessel end in lower left quadrant are large enough concern - thinking not
- As per image 2 - no real R2 features. many MAs but not blots. Again, good candidate for DS or early recall
