Comments from those who said R2:

  • This is a busy looking retina. There's MBH2 at least considering the sizes of the dot/blot haemorrhages scattered all throughout this image. A definitive IRMA can be located at 1o'c position, 3DD away from the disc.
  • Query IRMA superior to ONH
  • Could be borderline R2 but you have to look hard to IRMA

Comments from those who said NOT R2:

  • A lot of MAs but not many blot haemorrhages or other features. Would probably DS 6 months

Comments from those who said R2:

  • Lot's of activity. Defo R2
  • IRMA
  • Doubt NVD, ?IRMA inf to RD, review 3/12 at least in DS to assess disc
  • Second image does not not have MBH, but has suttle IRMA
  • Appears to be irma ish around the optic disc, although I would be very suspicious and check for NVD too.
  • Again blots scattered across most quadrants.

Comments from those who said NOT R2:

  • No convincing IRMA in colour, not that many MAs/haems
  • Wouldn't Say MBH and cannot see any other R2 features
  • Can see NVD?

Comments from those who said R2:

  • IRMA visible
  • Irma
  • IRMA
  • irmas on all 3 images
  • Plenty of IRMA.
  • IRMA seen in colour - would also be suspicious of NVD.

Comments from those who said NOT R2:

  • NVD Present
  • Suspicious vessels on disc so would grade R3 on this basis.
  • R3A – NVD
  • More like R3 due to Small vessels on Disc - no previous images so difficult to say. Could also be just collaterals.
  • ?? NVD if so r3a
  • I would grade as R3 there appear to be some NVD
  • Not enough blots or other R" features.
  • There are R2 features eg IRMA but again I am very suspicious about the disc and I think
  • there could be NVD present so I would grade as R3A.
